Praise God even when you don’t understand what he’s doing.

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

Praise the Lord.

Psalms 150:6

God has done wonders in my life.

Some things I just can’t explain.

As we go through life, there will be some things that we ask God to do in our life.

Whatever we ask, we must have faith that he will do it.

Most times, we don’t understand or know how God will bless us or how he would take care of situations in our lives.

That’s why we must praise him in advance.

Praise God even when we don’t understand.

As long as he knows, he will start revealing to us on how and why certain things happen.

God will never do anything to harm his people.

That’s why I’m the word, he tells us we have a choice.

That choice is to choose the path of life or the path that leads to destruction.

Many times we wonder why life gets the best of us.

That’s because when we do certain things it separates us from God and we detour straight to the path of destruction.

Certain things that we do in life may not be a sin but it can still separate you from God.

When we are obedient to God’s word, that’s when we find ourselves on the path to life.

We begin to allow God to lead us, we take his discipline and instructions.

On the path of life, you will find yourself praising God even when you don’t understand because our hope is in him.

We never know when and how but we do know that God’s timing is always perfect.

So if you find yourself not knowing, just Go to God in prayer and praise his holy name.

Knowing that he will deliver on his promises.

If you saw the size of the blessing coming, you would understand the magnitude of the battle you are fighting.

Everyday in life we are always fighting a battle.

Whether it’s mentally, physically, or spiritually we are always in a battle.

Which is why we must stay equipped and prepared.

The Bible says we must put on the armor of God.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”

Ephesians 6:10-11, 13 NIV

“In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”

Ephesians 6:16-18 NIV

In the statement of the scriptures, we have to stay prepared; having the faith, reading the word of God and staying prayed up.

With all of that we have to continue to stand.

Life can knock us down sometimes, but what’s important is that we get back up.

Stay prepared, and don’t do one without the other.

If you are reading the word of God, pray and have faith

All 3 are important together to help strengthen and to activate God in our lives.

You can’t pray and not have faith in what you have prayed for.

You can’t say you have faith and not read the word and praying.

That would be a temporary faith with a short duration of time.

We have the weapons we need for the attacks that comes our way.

Weapons form, but they don’t prosper.

Allow God to fight your battles

Because what the Bible is telling us we need is to really have faith In God and know that he will take care of us.

God will fight your battles.

God will equip you.

God will prepare you.

God will give you wisdom and knowledge.

God will give you strength.

Everything you need, God will provide it for you.

Trust him and have faith, knowing that he will do exceedingly, abundantly, above all that we ask for.

God will not slack concerning his promises.

Stay ready.

Don’t be surprised.

Just be ready for battle to get your blessing.

What God has for you, is bigger than what you have been through.

At some point in your life

There was a time where you felt hopeless

Felt as if it was impossible to be restored.

We all have felt the disappointments of life and how things don’t go as planned.

Some of us have experienced things more severe than others.

Sometimes we wonder, “what am I supposed to become in life”

We all face trials and tribulations.

Some big and some small.

We know that in those times, those trials come to make us stronger.

What God has for you, is bigger than what you have been through.

That statement is very true.

When we look back at how far we have come, and what we have overcome

We see how much God played a huge part in our lives to help us overcome those obstacles that had us bound.

As our faith begins to increase

That’s when we will begin to have confidence that God’s plan is working in our life

Choosing to follow Jesus is the best thing that could ever happen in your life

The Bible is full of promises made by God to those who chooses to follow him

God’s promise is bigger than any trial we have faced in our lives

But in order to fulfill that promise; during those trials and tribulations

We must have faith and never give up

Don’t give up on God, because he won’t give up on you

The battle is not given to the swift, but to the ones who endures to the end

Rely on God

All he ask is the we have faith in him and endure.

Continue to stand on God’s promises for your life to motivate you each day to serve him and to fulfill his will for your life.

Don’t lose focus.God’s plan for your life is about to manifest.

This year of 2020, has already been a year to go down in the books.

Not because all the great things that happened

But because of what we didn’t expect

Enough to take your focus from what matters most.

It can become easy to lose your focus when you focus on the problems of life

In those moments is where our faith is tested.

Some of the outcomes we expect doesn’t always go as planned.

Does anything really ever go as planned?

When things don’t go as planned, we then must continue to trust the process and keep moving forward.

Easier said than done right?

Especially when it’s hard to keep your focus and proceed to move forward in those moments of disappointments.

In disappointing moments, we don’t really take the time to really look ahead and think; maybe God has something better.

That’s what most of us believes when things don’t go as planned

In that case

God does has something better

Everyday as we go through life, thinking on the things we can handle

God knows the real us.

God will take you through as preparation of what you are becoming.

Most times when we really want something, we have to think to ourselves

Am I ready for this?

God knows our every need

And he gives us the desires of our heart.

But we must stay focused and prepared.

As fast as we can gain something, we could lose it in an instant also

When God prepares you for something, it will be something that will last.

To help you be where you need to be in life.

Where I want to be in life takes focus and preparation.

That’s why we must not lose focus when God is preparing us for what we pray for.

Are you going to slack sometimes?

Are you going to procrastinate sometimes?

But what you cannot do is lose complete focus

You can manifest the life you want

But you can also manifest the life you don’t want simply by focusing on things God didn’t prepare you for.

We all at some point lost our focus then regained our focus

I’m in that same boat

I know what it’s like to lose focus

I know what it’s like to be totally focused

With a focused mind, your life will progress the way it was intended to

It builds your faith

It builds your confidence

It builds your mind

It gives you hope that tomorrow is going to be even better

We must strive to become better everyday

We change on a daily basis

That’s why being focused gives us the chance to examine ourselves to becoming better

God is getting ready to manifest his plans in your life

Losing focus will only delay those plans.

Blessings are delayed, not denied

But losing focus, we give ourselves no opportunity to receive what God has for us.

So stay focused in this season of distractions.

God is about to elevate you to levels no one thought you would be.

GOD’S Timing,Not MineGOD’S Will,Not MineGOD’S Plan,Not MineGOD’S Glory,Not Mine

If I lived life by my own terms, how far would it get me in life?

What if I decided to be strong enough to handle my own situations, without calling on a higher power?

What if I decided to do things on my own timing, or plan out my life and how it should be?

What if??

The thing is; I realized at a certain time in my life, I tried to do all those things.

Thinking I was strong enough to handle things

Thinking things were going to happen the time I expected it to happen.

Thinking that what I planned my life to be will become my reality.

I realized that things don’t always go as planned.

Especially since we are not the creators of our life we live.

I do believe that we can speak things into existence.

But I also believe that plan has to line up with what God wants you to do.

God’s timing is always the right timing in any situation.

I’ve realized that doing things on my timing, I didn’t get the results I was looking for.

But God’s timing came with the results, hope, and faith.

When I thought I had my life planned out

Wanting to play basketball in which I worked hard at but always got overlooked no matter how hard I worked.

God’s plan made me realize that, the hard work I put on the court, if I did the same for his kingdom, many doors would be open and I wouldn’t be overlooked anymore

And all this equals up to the glory that is received.

Not mine glory but God’s glory.

All the glory belongs to God

Because without him where would we be?

We would be:

God’s timing

God’s plan

God’s Will

God’s glory

The one that is deserving of it all

You can go further in life and prosper with God

You will do things you never would have imagined

Trust what God is doing in your life.

The struggles in waiting on GOD

We hear a lot of people tell us to

“Be patient and wait on God”

Including myself

It’s the right answer people don’t want to hear

Especially in the midst of a situation

Just from my experience it has been challenging to wait on God

But Why?

In my case

It became difficult to wait on God because I had already started to live life going my own path instead of the path God wanted me on

When I was a teen I would always make putting God first apart of my daily routine

Reading the Word

So if someone was to tell me then to

“Wait on God”

It would not be a problem too because my faith is already built up to trust him

Even in the midst of tough situations I just knew that God would take care of me

Fast forward

Now as I start becoming an adult, making God apart of my daily routine slowly began to fade

I began to allow other things to take the place of the time I set out for God

In most situations we think only bad things can take that place

But you could be doing something completely good that could take that place also

As the praying, fasting and reading begin to be at a minimum

I begin to notice how much my faith began to decrease also

I begin to find myself questioning God on certain situations

But in reality if I just continued to make him apart of my daily routine

The answers I was looking for would have been presented to me daily

My faith would been increased daily

If you find yourself struggling in your walk with God

Or just don’t know why and how to overcome that situation

Ask yourself

Am I making God apart of my daily routine ?

When we’re doing our own thing

We never question and answer to ourselves

Going down our own path just moves us further away from God

God has all the answers and is always speaking

It’s a struggle to wait on God but when you make God a priority in your life you will see how faith makes a difference.

God has the power to turn your current situation around

We serve a Powerful God

“These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep. Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him. Then said Thomas, which is called Didymus, unto his fellowdisciples, Let us also go, that we may die with him. Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already.”

John 11:11-17 KJV

The God we serve is all knowing and all powerful

in John chapter 11, this is the story of when Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead

Lazarus has already been dead for 4 days

If you read the full story you will see that God raises Lazarus from the dead in 4 days

How powerful is the God we serve

That in a situation that has looked dead for so long in our life

He begins to bring life back into the situation that turns everything around in our life

Sometimes we doubt God power because we expect a miracle to happen immediately

But if you trust God and know that he is going to do what he promised you

It doesn’t matter if it take a week, months, or even years

If God said that he is going to do it

Trust him

But look at this

Our God is so powerful

In Matthew chapter 27:50

Is where it starts when Jesus has been crucified and gave up the ghost

Someone remembered that they over heard Jesus that he said that in 3 days he will rise again

A promise he had kept that had came to pass

If you continue reading in Matthew chapter 28

You will find that Jesus kept his promise and rose again on the 3rd day

I know some may be thinking what does this have to do with power

We already read that Jesus rose Lazarus from the dead in 4 days

And we never discuss the power of God to raise himself in 3 days

That should give you the hope and the faith that despite what you’re going through

Despite the situation and what it may look like

We serve a powerful God that keeps his promise

And that power is in you today

God gives you the power to go out and spread the gospel and help people

The same power God uses through us for others

Is that same power he will use through us for us

With God all things are possible

He said it was possible and showed us it is possible

You may have been suffering for a while now

You may have had your fair share of bad days

But your best days are still ahead

Jesus suffered for a long time

And just in time he reigned victorious

By the power of God

That same power is what God gives to us

Don’t give up

You come too far

The road is not easy

And God did not bring you this far to leave you

Our God is powerful

You may feel defeated but the joy of the Lord is our strength

So do not fear

God is with us

God will strengthen us and help us

Put God first in all that you do

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

Matthew 6:33 KJV

What does it look like to put God first?

I know many times we see this scripture in Matthew and wonder

Lord, what must I do to put you first in my life?

Seeking the kingdom of God to some can be a challenge

We know the saying “actions speak louder than words”

Why is it such a challenge to allow my actions to follow what my words say?

Because, what we do on a daily has become an habit.

We forget to include God in our daily routine.

We tend to only want to seek God when things are going wrong in our life

We have to come to a realization that your faith in God can increase in a good season as well as a bad season

Put seeking God in your daily routine and you will begin to see how prepared you are for your day.

Here’s what you can do to seek the kingdom:

Read the word of God

Fast and pray

Just being able to have communication with God , he will begin to show you the big part you play in his kingdom.

I know through the day we may be too busy and tend to forget

But if you make it a habit, you won’t forget

If you read God’s word and pray in the morning it gives you that confidence and preparation for the day

Seek the kingdom

Make it apart of your daily routine

Make it a priority

What you don’t heal in your singleness will spread like a disease in your togetherness.

Most of us has had an experience in being around toxic people or being in a toxic relationship.

In that toxic moment you might have been depressed, stressed , and overwhelmed.

Breaking free from toxic people is a hard thing that people don’t discuss

Is almost like an addiction because you’re trying to break free from that person or people you based your life routine being around.

When you break free from those people it almost feel like you’re lost at the moment

Because you based your life around the people that are not helping your future

Break free from those that are not building you

They are breaking you little by little

When you separate yourself, use that time to really build yourself and build a relationship with God

God will help you put back together the pieces that were broken in your life.

Take that time to heal before finding another relationship

Don’t take your brokenness into another relationship

Then make sure the person you are pursuing are healed from their brokenness

Don’t go into a relationship trying to help someone heal from their brokenness.

Especially if you see that the person is not willing to receive healing.

If they see the value of healing themselves they will see the value in you.

Work on your mental health, physical health and spiritual health.

You will begin to have understanding not only of life but also knowing who to pursue and who’s pursuing you.

There will be times where you fall off track. But God can always help you get back on the right path.

““Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”

Matthew 7:13-14

There are two roads that each of us has chosen to go the pathway on.

Notice I said chosen

In this chapter in Matthew, it talks about 2 roads

One that leads to destruction

One that leads to life

We have a choice each day to decide what road we are going to continue to live our life walking down

In my life I was on that road that led to life.

I can honestly say that it is only a few people on that road because some people don’t find it to be the fun road

I eventually found myself detouring to the road of destruction

On that road I found a lot more people there

Thinking it would help build me but all it did was break me down a little at a time

We sometimes think we need to be on the road with everyone else

But God tells us to be separated for a reason

You can still live a fun protected life on the road to life

Because on the road of destruction is really going to break you down

You will begin to see how much people you thought cared really don’t

The Great thing about God is that when we make that decision to follow him

He guides us back on that road to life

You’re never too far to be made new

But you must be willing to be led by God

I found myself on track, off track, and now back on track all because of God’s Grace and Mercy.

If I wasn’t strong enough, the path of destruction would have destroyed me

Don’t take a detour on God when he has already made that promise to you

Just be patient and know that he is with you.
